submitted by Matthew J. - |Recommended: YesGreatest Apartments Ever — These are the best apartments that I have ever lived at. The front office is managed by a wonderful lady named Alex. The maintenance man Mr. Jimmy is always fast at his job, kind throughout the experience, and always professional. The grounds are well kept. The noise is nonexistent. I always have a nice parking spot. This is a 5 out of 5 apartment complex Can't wait to resign my lease. -MJJ and MLJ

The leasing manager goes above and beyond really cares about keeping her tenants happy. It is pretty quiet from my short time here so far. Maintenance is always on top of any simple requests I have. They keep their grounds maintained, help with any minor issues in a timely manner, simply just care This goes a long ways these days makes you feel better about renting sharing a close space with others. Kudos to all staff

submitted by Merry B. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I have been living at Woodlands for almost 2 months, so far, it has been a nice place to live, spacious apartments with a great layout, and so close to everything you need. I've seen reviews complaining about parking, but I've never had a problem. The office staff, Alex Crystal, are wonderful, they are quick to help resolve any issues that come up and answer any questions you have. In addition, the maintenance staff is exceptional As soon as you submit a request, Jimmy and or Aaron are on it. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and that all problems are diagnosed and resolved quickly. I feel like some updates could be made to the cabinets, and especially the countertops, but that is on the management company, not the local team. There are a lot of dogs on the property, so being used to barking dogs is pretty much a requirement. Overall, it's a very nice spot to land.
